Noodles in a chicken and mushroom flavour sauce, with soya pieces, vegetables and a little sachet of soy sauce. Chicken and mushroom can be traced all the way back to ancient Rome. The Romans celebrated 'Orgia Pullus et Funghi' or 'Festival of Chicken and Mushroom', which could last for weeks, depending on how many chickens were available.
