Always read the gel polish and no wipe top coat manufacturer instructions. (Generally cure 40-60 SECONDS for LED lamps) NO WIPE TOP COAT HAS TO BE A TACKLES FINISHING GEL, MEANING NOT STICKY AFTER CURED, DO NOT BE TOO WET! Step 3. Lightly touch the powder and gently rub in a buffing circular pattern onto your nails until evenly covered, ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT IS NEEDED. Step 4. Smooth over the powder stuck to the nail, remove any left over powder. If you do not do this step, your nails will have a GLITTERY EFFECT. Step 5. Apply a final coat of NO WIPE TOP COAT and cure it until completely dry.
