Description
Cake eyeliner is beneficial because you control the pigment. If you prefer a softer color, add more water. For a bolder look, add less water. If you're new to cake eyeliner, just use your favorite eyeliner brush and get it a little wet. Some people like angled brushes, some like flat. Dab the wet brush into the powder and get it to a "cream" consistency. Then, apply a bit to your lash line, or to your waterline if you like the tightline trend.
