Set. Food! has developed a research-based, pediatrician-recommended approach to safely, effectively, and gradually introduce infants to some of the highest food allergens. Pediatricians recommend one-at-a-time allergen introductions, starting at four months of age. Our 3 Stage System Mix-in system starts with our Stage 1 Mix-ins, which introduce peanut, egg, and milk and are added to bottles and organic baby foods. These baby food allergy mix-ins come as individual packets that are given over the course of 15 or 30 days. Stage 2 Mix-ins are designed to maintain continued exposure to those top 3 allergens and must be consistently given for at least 2 months.
