OKARA Blond Brightening Spray is a leave-in, bi-phase spray formulated with a high concentration of ReflectLumire to enhance the radiance of natural, highlighted or bleached blonde hair and naturally lighten it by 1 shade or more for a sun-kissed effect. Okara extract, Mica glitter, and Vitamins B5 and E help to repair and reinforce the hairs natural structure, add shimmer and provide rich antioxidants for healthy and beautiful hair. An acid pH (4.0) helps smooth the cuticle scales.
