This 500g Renshaw rencol white marzipan is the best quality 'white' marzipan you can buy. Marzipan is used for covering your cakes ready for a royal icing or sugarpaste finish. It may also be used for making cake decorations, marzipan confectionery and baked in the centre of an Easter Simnel cake. Can also be coloured using a range of Gel food colourings.
