A handy resealable pouch of fine grade powder made from 100% air-dried limes, perfect for use as an ingredient in bakes & pancakes, or to mix in to desserts, smoothies or puddings! Great for savoury cooking, marinades, asian and mexican recipes. We air-dry all of the fruit we rescue in order to give it a longer shelf life, and our new Lime Powder is just another way of using our rescue fruit to add a zesty intense burst of flavour to recipes.
