Description
Skinless sardines in water differ from the ones with skin in oil in that they are somewhat coarse and dense as opposed to the softer texture of sardines in oil. Not much fishy odor and the liquid is flavorful. It has a mild flavor and can be used as an ingredient with other meat dishes like tuna salads. The sardine content in the dishes will give a different taste and you will enjoy it. Its low sodium content will not affect the sardine taste at all.
