What it is: A frecuent use keratin phial for relaxed sensitized or difficult hair. What it does: Controls frizz and static electricity. After washing the hair with Salerm Cosmetics Protein Shampoo and with the hair still damp apply the phials contents to the mid-lengths and ends. WITHOUT RINSING blow dry or iron as normal.
