All of our organic real food bars are USDA Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth, and are also plant-based, vegan, free of animal products and certified Kosher by OU Kosher. The protein in our bars is derived from organic, plant-based proteins. Depending on the flavor of the bar, the protein will be coming from sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and/or peanuts. All of our bars are naturally sweetened using organic dates.
