Why of course you create your most artisanal micro-batch sea salt infusion ever by: - Hand selecting a few of their best barrels that were used to age their amazing spirit - Shaving off only the wood that's been most saturated by the whisky - Putting those shavings into the smoker with some of our all natural sea salt flakes - smoking for at least three days to get the perfect finish! The result is a surprisingly deep yet smooth smokiness from the American oak barrel with added complexity of the whisky including a hint of its signature vanilla notes.
