The Organic Raw Sunflower Seed Butter is stone-milled without heating the sunflower seeds to preserve the full flavor and nutritional value of this traditional crop. It's a slow and careful process but worth every bit of effort! An excellent source of vitamins E and B, minerals and Omega essential fatty acids A great addition to any savory dish as well as combined in breakfast staples like porridge and toast. Makes delicious sunflower butter cookies. All products are still produced in our factory which is PEANUT FREE. As you know, we are working with almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, etc., and we currently use the same equipment for all butters. Measures we have in place, among others, are washing and certain ways of planning production. Sunflower butter is never produced after any nut butter. We are doing best to avoid cross contamination but with allergens it can not be 100% guaranteed and it is why we have that allergen advice on the label.
