Description
5-HTP (L-5 Hydroxytryptophan) is a precursor to serotonin and thereby supports healthy levels of this. The pineal gland is governed by the circadian rhythm, producing serotonin during daylight hours then shifting to melatonin throughout the evening and night. Thus, combining 5-HTP with pure melatonin provides a two-tier approach to health providing a little extra for enhanced results.
