Description
Sweet rice flour is used to make flour soup base for kimchi seasoning, as well as making various Korean doughs and batter. Sweet rice, although its also called glutinous rice, does not contain dietary gluten. The name glutinous comes from its characteristic of being very sticky or glue-like. When used in dough or batter, it gives an extra elastic and pleasantly chewy texture. *The only ingredient listed is sweet rice which is free of dietary gluten, however the manufacture does not indicate whether this is 100% gluten free or not. Please use the product with discretion if you are allergic to gluten.
