Batata (a distinct variety of the Ipomoea Batatas) A glorious late-summer orange. Parsnip A member of the same family as carrots, fennel, parsley, celery, celeriac and chervil. Kettle Potato Potatoes were first cultivated by the incas thousands of years ago. At Terra we use potato varieties like Atlantic and Snowden to make the perfect crisp and delicious kettle chips.
