Troubleshooting Tips! I have hooded eyes Hooded eyes can be a little tricky to deal with, but we have a great solution. If you have hooded eyes, you can gently pull the end of your brow up using your free hand - this will allow easier access to the edge of your eyelids. This might require a few tries but once you get the hang of it, youll achieve flawless wings in no time at all! Another tip that works for many customers with hooded eyes would be to use a primer or setting powder before and after application. I cant get it symmetrical If you are new to the eyeliner stamp then the first few occasions of applying it can be a little tricky to get the hang of. Our best tip to get a symmetrical finish is to use your eyebrow as a guide. You can point your wing tip in the direction of the end of your brow (the tail of your brow) and press gently to create a wing. Eyeliner dried up after the first use This could have been caused by the eyeliner being stored with one side higher than the other leading the link to move away from one end. Store the eyeliner pen horizontally to allow for even distribution of ink. Smudges or smears Prep is key! For most people applying to lightly powdered skin will be sufficient to achieve perfect wings all day. For the best results, Apply primer & powder to your eyelids & then use the Flick Stick. Primers serve as a smooth canvas for eye makeup to 'grip' when it's applied to the skin. Our skin produces oils during the day naturally and eye creams generally contain nourishing ingredients great for our skin but not so much for your makeup. Primers and powders absorb those oils so you dont have to choose between beautiful skin and beautiful makeup! Dried eyeliner upon arrival It is entirely possible that the ink has moved to one side so please try storing it horizontally.
