A green blend used for meat dishes that originated from Argentine. This blend is best used with Olive Oil as a marinade on the meat. Ingredients: Paprika, Garlic, Red Bell Pepper, Parsley, Coarse Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin, Sumac, Oregano, Dried Tomato, Spearmint, Persian Lemon. Recommended For: Meat, Meat and Bread Stuffing.

• WHAT IS CHIMICHURRI - a blend used for meat dishes that originated from Argentina.
• HOW TO USE - This blend is best used by adding just enough olive oil to cover the blend (usually 2 tbsp of the blend with 2-3 tbsp olive oil) in a bowl. It is also recommended to add a small quantity of vinegar (about 1/4 tsp) and if possible, place the marinated blend in the refrigerator overnight. After that, you can simply rub on any meat before cooking.
