DiCalcium Malate is one molecule of malic acid bound to two molecules of calcium. Malic acid is an organic acid that is produced in the body during the Krebs cycle. It is also found naturally in fruits - apples in particular. DiCalcium Malate is approximately 29-percent calcium, compared to calcium citrate, which is approximately 19-percent calcium.
