This eyelash lengthening mascara is lightweight, endlessly buildable and easy to wash off to keep eye irritation and lash breakage at bay. Designed for sensitive eyes, Tower 28 Mascara is ophthalmologist-tested and contact lens safe. Tower 28 makes vegan makeup products that are safe for even the most sensitive skin. This smudge-free mascara is clean, irritant-free, and cruelty-free.
