Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Slowly stir in 1 cup Trader Joe's Steel Cut Organic Oats. When oats begin to thicken, (about 5 minutes) reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes (or to desired consistency), stirring occasionally.
