How to use Umeken Takumi Instant Stock Powder: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium size saucepan or pot. Add 1 packet of Umeken Takumi Instant Stock Powder granules and stir to dissolve. Reduce the heat, and cover the saucepan with a lid. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 4 cups of dashi stock.
