Created by an apple growers' cooperative in 1953 and produced in Brittany, France, it is made with organic ingredients, and include no preservatives, no sugar added, and is non-GMO. VAL DE FRANCE is vegan, gluten free, and Kosher (OU). Produced following the most sustainable processes, VAL DE FRANCE was awarded the Gold Medal for Product Excellence at the Paris Agricultural Fair.
