The best results and consistency, wetting the brush to mix the paint directly in the pan makes it easy to control the opacity. 5. Please don't blink immediately after use, wait 2-3 minutes for it to dry, and then the flash can last all day. 6. It is highly recommended that throughly rinsing your brush between colors and letting each layer dry before your next layer.
