With the addition of sultanas, nuts and even apple, this mix can be used for the production of muesli bread sold as a loaf, rolls or wedges.IngredientsIngredients: Wheat Flour, (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Kibbled Malted Wheat (7%), Oat Flakes (5%), Rye Flour, Malt Flour (Wheat and Barley), Golden Linseed (2.5%), Dried Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Sugar, Salt, Kibbled Rye (1%), Poppy Seeds (1%), Brown Linseed (1%), Chickpea Flour, Sunflower Seeds (0.5%), Barley Flakes (0.4%), Emulsifier: E472e, Dextrose, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid. Wheat Starch, Enzyme: Alpha Amylase. Store in a cool, dry place. Suitable For VegetariansDirections1. Place the bread mix and cider into a bowl and mix to a soft dough. 2. Knead well for 5 minutes until a well developed dough is formed. 3. Cover loosely with polythene and allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes. 4. Add the filling (diced cooked ham, diced onion, diced apple) and mix into the dough well, using dusting flour as required. 5. Divide the dough into two pieces, mould round and place into two greased loaf/cake tins. 6. Sprinkle over the top with mixed seeds. 7. Cover with a damp tea towel, lightly oiled plastic or polythene and leave in a warm place for approximately 60 minutes or until doubled in size. 8.
