Notice softer skin, minimized pores, less breakouts and an overall balanced complexion. Face Mud Mask Directions: Mix clay with equal parts water or apple cider vinegar. Stir the mixture well, until it forms a smooth paste. Add more clay or liquid as needed. Apply 1/4 to 1/2 inch layer to clean skin. Let it dry for 5-10 minutes for delicate skin and 15-20 minutes for normal skin. You will feel a pulling and tightening sensation. Remove clay with warm water. Repeat 2-3 times per week for optimal skin vibrancy. DIY Detox Soap Directions: Mix 3 tablespoons powder with water and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Let the mixture harden and dry. Cut into soap size. Use in conjunction with your regular bar soap or body wash to exfoliate and soften skin. Rinse thoroughly. Insect Bite Relief Directions: Mix enough clay with water to form a paste, and apply directly to bite or sting for relief. Bath Directions: The water should be hot, but comfortable to the touch. Add approximately 1/2 cup of clay to the bath water. Soak for 15-20 minutes to ease discomfort caused by sore muscles. Rinse thoroughly.
