Yupik Organic Spelt flakes are steamed, rolled, and lightly roasted from whole Spelt grains! Hearty Spelt is nutty in flavor and firm in texture. Spelt can be used in granola and baked goods. To create hot cereals or soups, every 1 cup of Spelt cooks in 1 cups of water for approximately 15 minutes.
