Cinnamon Twist Muesli is a delicious blend of organic cinnamon, dried organic apple bits from Oregon and Washington orchards, raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds added with purity protocol, gluten-free, organic oats to give you extra protein and fiber to keep you satisfied all morning. Every batch is tested for allergen and gluten cross contact and every harvest is tested for chemicals and glyphosate. Enjoy with cold milk or milk substitute or cook as you would oatmeal with a bit of salt an a water ratio of 1 : 1.5 (muesli:water).
