Description Our traditional harissa is also known as harissa arbi or diari in modern Tunisian vernacular. It is a staple found on the table and in everyday cookery. It is not a watery sauce but rather a thick, sun-dried chili paste bursting with flavor. Our traditional harissa is made by grinding rehydrated whole sun-dried chilis with fresh organic garlic and mixed with salt, a blend of coriander and caraway and organic extra virgin olive oil. The sun-drying process concentrates the juicy flavors of the chilis giving our traditional harissa a unique flavor profile that makes it such a versatile condiment.
