The infusion process takes place in a pressure vacuum under high pressure and low heat (<27°C) to preserve the natural properties, aromas and taste of the ingredients, without any additives, essence, chemicals, essential oils, preservatives, extracts or flavourings. The main characteristics are the freshness and balance of the aromas and flavours, finishing with a long, soft and beautifully natural aftertaste.
