Directions Tear the packaging to add the powdered mix to a cup of 8 oz. of water and thoroughly mix. Measurement of water content can be adjusted to personal preferences. Best served with chilled water. Enjoy with some ice! Avoid consuming on an empty stomach in the morning. It is normal to see some colorful sediments as you mix. Only natural coloring ingredients were used. The mixtures may vary by ratio among the flavors, and use the following as coloring: Redness from Hibiscus, Green from Barley Sprouts, Brown from Black Tea, and Yellow from Vitamin B.
