With the sweet rich flavour of double cream, it works fabulously with any additional flavours or colours you want to add, including alcohol and fruit purees. You can pipe it. You can pour it. You can even whip it. Add it to cakes, patisserie and desserts or use it in an espuma gun to add an indulgent finish to hot drinks like a soya hot chocolate. It is freeze-thaw stable if you add a little extra sugar - you can use it to make vegan ice cream (see the recipes below). Our Plant-based Cream Alternative whips up to three times its volume, creating a wonderfully thick whip with a smooth, glossy texture that lasts for three days in the fridge. It is made using non-hydrogenated oil.
