This paste is our authentic blend of aromatic spices, ginger and tamarind, and is perfect for a beautifully balanced tandoori dish. Simply mix together a 1/4 of a jar of spice paste with natural yogurt. Score the chicken or veg with a knife and coat with the tandoori mixture. Cover and marinade in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or leave overnight for a fuller flavour. Then place onto a foil-lined tray and grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through. Serve alongside Patak's Naans, Pappadums, Chutneys and Pickles for the complete restaurant experience with your curry.
