Description
Wheat bran is obtained by milling and grinding wheat grains. That is to say, wheat bran is mostly produced during the milling process for white flour manufacture. So only the husks are removed during whole-grain manufacturing, and the grain and bran are processed further. It is also a rich source of protein, iron, and vitamins due to its high nutritional value. It's a wonderful replacement for rice or couscous because of its strong nutritional content. In bread, muffins, and other baked items, replace 1/4 cup flour with 1/4 cup coarse bran, or use both. 1/4 cup bran can be used in cooked cereals, soups, gravies, mashed potatoes, applesauce, meatloaf, and casseroles. Wheat Bran Fine is non-GMO and suitable for vegans. We believe that good food shouldn t cost the earth, as such, sustainability matters to us dearly.
