Recommended Usage Rate for tea and coffee: 1 Gallon: 16oz, 1 Pint: 2 oz and 1 Litre: 100g. Recommended Usage Rate for drinking and cooking: 1 Gallon: 20oz, 1 Pint: 2.5 oz and 1 Litre: 125g. - Using only clean utensils, whisk powder into half the recommended amount of water (warm for best results).
