Dr. Willi Knoll is an independent family-owned company founded in 1936. PREPARATION: Using a wire whisk stir the contents of the package into 3 cups (750ml) cold water until smooth. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to thicken. Moisten hand and form into 12 dumplings. If desired, place croutons in the center of the dumplings. Drop into a large pot of boiling salted water. Cook over medium heat, uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from water. Serve hot.
