Description
This is a doubling-concentrated noodle soup that uses bonito ichiban dashi and has a rich, mellow taste. It is perfect for somen, hiyamugi, udon, and soba soup. Ingredients: soy sauce (including wheat and soybeans), high-fructose corn syrup, fermented rice seasoning, sugar, salt, fushi (bonito, soda bonito), protein hydrolyzate, bonito extract, seafood extract, kelp extract, brewed vinegar, yeast extract/seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol. Made in Japan.
