Old fashioned extra wide noodles contain durum wheat flour; enriched with vitamin B and iron; eggs and water ingredients. It is made with all nutritions facts and minerals. Wide noodles always provide a hearty, delicious meal. Millers bought an old car dealership which they turned into a noodle factory where they remain today. They also bought their first automated pasta machinery, which they have long since grown out of as well. Mrs. Millers continues to be family owned and operated.
