Our 500g biltong pack is made in the most authentic way using cuts of silverside which are sliced and then left to marinade for 24 hours. We then hang the meat to air dry, creating the unique Smally's Biltong taste that is then carefully cut and packaged for you to enjoy! 100% Grass-Fed UK and Irish Beef that is high in protein and low in fat. This product is gluten free, no MSG and no added sugar or artificial colours or flavours. Our fatty biltong is exactly the same as our usual range, just with a little bit of the delicious fat left on and slightly wetter for amazing flavour! Great for: After the gym protein boost, kids lunchboxes, family days out. Or, to accompany a cold beer or glass of wine, even as a guilt free office snack or an outdoor activity pick me up.
