A 250g pouch of organic coconut milk powder. Made from 92% freshly squeezed organic coconut milk, 8% organic maltodextrin. A pure, dairy-free and gluten free coconut powder that contains 62% coconut oil. Our organic coconut milk is spray dried and has a long shelf life. Produced in Sri Lanka and lovingly packed at Source. Simply add water to make coconut cream and coconut milk to your desired consistency. Mix 1-2 tablespoons with 200ml of warm water and whisk. Seal bag tightly after use and store in a cool cupboard.
