This easy-melt chocolate in a bottle is for creating delicious drizzles, drips and decorations for your dessert creations. Chocolate Drip was designed to make creating drip cake decorations easier than ever. It's also for creating chocolate moulds, dipping and drizzling over cake pops, strawberries, ice cream, cookies, macarons and any sweet treat you can dream of. How to use it. Microwave Method: Remove lid and seal. Microwave for 20 seconds and squeeze bottle to break up the contents. Microwave for another 20 seconds and shake to loosen contents. Heat for 10 second intervals until contents are fully melted. Caution: Do not over heat to avoid burning. Boiling Water Method: Stand bottle in a jug of boiling water for 10 minutes. Massage and shake regularly until melted through. Caution: Avoid contact with boiling water. Do not allow water to get inside the bottle. Can be reheated until contents are used. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Chocolate Drip is shelf stable for up to 2 years. Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil and fat (palm), emulsifier: E322 (soy), E433, E492, whey powder, flavouring, antioxidant: E307, E307b, milk solids, cream powder, glycerine, oil (canola), E172.
