HARUKA Sushi Rice, 1kgIngredientsriceDirectionsIn a medium pot, mix 1 cup of HARUKA rice and 1.5 cup of water and lightly bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook with lid for approx. 20 minutes until all liquid has boiled. Remove the pot from the stove top and let stand for 10 minutes covered. Makes approx. 2.5 cups of cooked rice.
