Acquerello is a premium Carnaroli rice, aged for at least one year on the historic Colombara Estate in Italy. This natural aging process-carried out in silos under controlled temperature and humidity-stabilizes the starch, resulting in firmer grains with perfect hold during cooking. Thanks to a unique patented process, Acquerello is re-integrated with its own germ, preserving the essential nutrients typically lost in white rice. The result is the only white rice with the nutritional benefits of brown rice. Boil 4 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice. Add a pinch of salt. Once the water is boiling, add the rice and stir.
